A simple cashew and garlic dressing. Tasty, healthy, easy to make with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. YOU WILL NEED: - 1 garlic clove - Fresh lime juice - 1 cup SOAKED cashews (minimum 30 mins) - 1/3 cup of water (add more if needed) - Pink salt - Oregano METHOD: Drain the cashews and put all the ingredients into a blender. Whizz it all up until SMOOTH. If 1/3 cup of water is not enough, add more. You want a thick but lump-free texture Perfect to add on to your salads (which, ideally, you should be having 1 of every day). Also great as a nacho topping/dip (as seen in the video below)
