Group coaching is a great way to get motivated and STAY motivated.
The 21-day group coaching programme is all about growing with like minded people
in a collaborative learning environment. The focus is on transitioning to a PLANT BASED diet and creating long term habitual change together!
How does this work?
Goals are set at the beginning of each week and, as a group, we will work towards them.
You will receive:
1. Video content outlining the goals
2. Food shopping lists, meal plans, vegan protein sources etc
3. Daily accountability and support from myself and group members
On the second Sunday of each month we start a new programme via Facebook.
The next group starts on 8TH JULY 2018 and is £35 to join.
