I'm forever posting healthy recipes on my instagram story (@HipsterVeggie) and this particular pasta got a lot of attention. It's simple, it's plant based, it's healthy and it is tasty. Here's how to do it. 

- Chopped garlic (2 cloves)
- Pink salt (2-3 teaspoons)
- Cumin seeds (1/2 teaspoon)
- Garam masala (3 teaspoons)
- Oregano (4 teaspoons)
- Tinned tomato’s (1 tin)
- Coconut oil (to cook with)

1. Put 2 spoons of coconut oil in a pot over a medium-high heat. Let it melt and add in the garlic
2. As the garlic gets slightly brown, add pink salt, cumin and garam masala. Mix it together, lower the heat and let it cook for 3mins
3. Add in the tinned tomatoes and oregano. Leave on a low heat, cover the pot and heat for 5mins
4. I served this delicious sauce with spelt pasta, guacamole and pine nuts (see below)
