Homemade nut butters are SO easy to use with minimal equipment


- 1 cup almonds
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

- Pinch of pink salt

- In a nutribullet or food processed, add the cup of almonds and blend until it turns into stodgy almond meal. You will need to scrape the edges at it gets sticky. If you are NOT using coconut oil, continue this process
- If you are using coconut oil, add it in after you scrape the sides down once or twice
- Add in a pinch of salt and whizz up the mixture


So simple.
