Boss Your Body run all-female events across the UK, including fitness classes, DIY skin-care workshops and herbal tea tastings. It is a space for women to relax, unwind and release some endorphins. Please join us on the 1st February 2020 at Locus Of Walthamstow where we will be creating our own natural body scrub, doing a herbal tea tasting and ending the afternoon with gratitude journalling.
